Welcome to Kidz Zone—we hope you find this website helpful and informative. We have LOTS of exciting programs for kids here at Shady Grove! At Shady Grove UMC we love and value children and families. We join you in one of the most important tasks: The spiritual growth of your child. We believe that every child is a special gift from God. We understand that each stage of childhood is different. We design our ministries to meet your child where they are. Our prayer is that all in your family will grow in their relationship with Christ and He will be Lord and Savior over your lives. We believe that family Is the most important influence in a child's life. Therefore, we want to do everything we can to encourage and support your family. Ministries for children At Shady Grove UMC, we are committed to helping children grow in their faith. We provide opportunities for children to develop real relationships that affirm that they are loved and valued. It is important to us to enhance the children’s learning through student to student interaction, experience and active games.
