A Christian
Caregiver is someone who has completed the class based on the
book Christian Caregiving, a Way of Life by Kenneth C. Haugh
& William J. McKay. Most importantly, a Christian
Caregiver is someone who feels led by God to serve others in the
ministry of caring.
Our
mission and goal is to allow Christ to work through us as we minister
to members of our congregation during their hardships. We
want to reach out to a growing church family and minister to them
as Christ guides us.
Our
principles are based on Matthew 25:44-45
"They also
will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a
stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not
help you?' "He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever
you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for
me'.
