Worship is the center of the community life at Shady Grove UMC.
It is an opportunity to gather to give glory to God and celebrate the fellowship of the family of faith.
We have many exciting and worshipful experiences as a church and invite you to be a part of them!
• Contemporary Services, “Praise and Worship” is at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM each Sunday.
• Traditional Sunday Service of Worship is at 11:00 AM each Sunday.
Infant and toddler nurseries are available for all of our Sunday Worship services.
We encourage children over 3 years of age to worship with their families.
We also have Children’s Church during all of our Sunday Worship services.
We invite all persons to grow in faith by participating in one of our
exciting church school opportunities for children and adults.
All classes meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45 AM.

Pat Harrison Class – South Building – Room #200
A combined lecture and discussion study using the International Adult Bible Studies quarterly. They meet for great fellowship with announcements and prayer concerns.
Parenting Your Teen – West Building – Room #303 This class discusses topics of interest for parents. It is both a study time and a support group for parents seeking to build and maintain a Christian home.
Seekers – West Building – Room #203
Our lessons of study are taken from the United Methodist’s Adult Bible Study curriculum and other popular studies throughout the year. The lessons are easy to read, understand and are intriguing.
Even Unto Him – West Building – Room #103
This group is an ever growing circle of friends integrating participation in regular mission projects with study of current topics and needs. The curriculum for this class is selected from popular books and materials related to areas of Christian growth as chosen by the group and its leadership.
